Who is responsible
Katerina Seirli, a photographer working in Greece, trading as Framed by Katerina. Questions about anything on this page go to info@framedbykaterina.com, and they get a real answer rather than a form.
Registered business details are being finalised and will be published here before the site goes live.
When you write to us
The enquiry form sends us your name, your email address and your message. That is the whole of it. There is no account to create and no newsletter to unsubscribe from. It is delivered by Resend, which handles the sending and keeps a short delivery log, and it lands in an ordinary mailbox. We keep enquiries for as long as we might still be talking about a booking, and delete them after two years. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Cookies
This site runs no analytics and no advertising tags. The only thing it stores is the record of that fact, listed below.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@framedbykaterina.com and we will answer within a month. If you think we have got it wrong, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at dpa.gr.
Photographs
Your photographs are yours. We ask separately, in writing, before any image from your day appears in the portfolio or on social media, A no costs you nothing. It is not a condition of booking, you can withdraw it later, and we will take the image down.
